Email Notification: Funds Received for Payrun Authorisation

  • Trigger: A payrun previously held due to insufficient funds has now received the required top-up, and the payrun status changes to "Awaiting Authorisation".
  • Recipient(s): All users with authorisation permissions for the merchant account.
  • Description: This email notifies the user who authorised the top-up that the funds have been successfully received. The payrun is now ready for authorisation, and the user is prompted to log in to the platform to complete the authorisation process.
