System Administration: Authorisations

On this page, you'll be able to see the authorisation settings that have been applied to your merchant.


Payout and Pay Run Settings

Here you can view the payout and pay run ranges and their corresponding requirements, including:

  • Amount range - set as many ranges as you'd like to determine which roles can authorise what amounts. For example: payments over €10k might require two authorisers, while smaller amounts may only need one.
  • Required number of authorisers - see how many users are required to authorise an amount (there is no limit).
  • Roles allowed to authorise - see which roles can authorise a payment.
  • Restrict payments to beneficiaries only
    • Enabled: payouts can only be sent to saved beneficiaries.
    • Disabled: users can send payouts to any external destination.
  • Require cross authorisation
    • Enabled: the user who creates the payment cannot also authorise it.
    • Disabled: a user can both create and authorise.


Rules Settings

For Rules, you can view the corresponding requirements, including:

  • Required number of authorisers - see how many users are required to authorise a rule (there is no limit).
  • Roles allowed to authorise - see which roles have the permission to authorise a rule.
  • Restrict payments to beneficiaries only
    • Enabled: when assigning a destination account, only a saved beneficiary can be selected.
    • Disabled: the destination account can be an internal account, a saved beneficiary, or an external destination.
  • Require cross authorisation
    • Enabled: the user who creates the rule cannot also authorise it.
    • Disabled: a user can both create and authorise a rule.


Beneficiaries Settings

For Beneficiaries, you can view the corresponding requirements, including:

  • Required number of authorisers - see how many users are required to authorise a beneficiary (there is no limit).
  • Roles allowed to authorise - see which roles have the permission to add a beneficiary.
  • Require cross authorisation
    • Enabled: the user who adds a beneficiary cannot also enable it.
    • Disabled: a user can both add and enable a beneficiary.


Tokens Settings

For Tokens, you can view the corresponding requirements, including:

  • Required number of authorisers - see how many users are required to authorise a token (there is no limit).
  • Roles allowed to authorise - see which roles have the permission to authorise a token.
  • Require cross authorisation
    • Enabled: the user who creates a token cannot also authorise it.
    • Disabled: a user can both create and authorise a token.
