If you need to send or receive payments in a country that is not currently approved, we can apply for approval with our banking partner.

To request a new territory, we’ll ask for:

The expected number of payments per month
The expected monthly transaction volume
A short explanation of the business need for this country

Approval depends on the jurisdiction and supporting information provided, and timelines can vary. It typically takes up to 3 weeks for approval to be granted once submitted.
