How to Remove a User from a Merchant

To remove a new user to the merchant:


  1. Click on the arrows in the top right corner of the portal, beside your username, and select System administration from the dropdown menu. 


  1. Click on the User management tab:


  1. Navigate to the Role pending tab:


  1. Click the 3 dot icon beside the 'Assign roles' button:


  1. Select delete invitation:


  1. Alternatively, you can click on the user, and select the remove user button at the top of the sidebar that appears:

Follow the prompts, confirming that you would like the user to be removed from the merchant:


The user will be removed from the merchant.
