How to Remove a User from a Merchant

To remove a new user to the merchant:

1. Click on the arrows in the top right corner of the portal, beside your username, and select System administration from the dropdown menu. 

2. Click on the User management tab:

3. Find the user you wish to delete, and click the 3 dot icon to the right of their row:

4. Select delete invitation:

5. Alternatively, you can click on the user, and select the remove user button at the top of the sidebar that appears:

Follow the prompts, confirming that you would like the user to be removed from the merchant:

The user will be removed from the merchant.
