Understanding the Overview Page on a Parent Merchant
How to Access the Overview
- Log in to the NoFrixion platform.
- Make sure you're on the "parent" merchant.
- Go to Current Accounts module. You’ll now see a consolidated list of accounts across all the "child" merchants.
Filtering & Searching Accounts
You can use the search bar to find accounts by account name:
Or, you can filter by currency:
You can also toggle between:
- All merchants
- Current merchant only
Exporting Account Data
Click Export on the Current Accounts table:
- The exported CSV will include all accounts, not just the currently visible merchant.
- Ideal for reporting, reconciliation, and internal reviews.
Troubleshooting
Can’t see the new layout?
You may need to clear your browser cache.
- The correct platform version is 0.1.96
- You can confirm this at the bottom of the user menu after logging in
