Can I migrate a business account from one merchant to another?

Yes. If you need a business account moved from one of your merchant accounts to another, NoFrixion can action this on your behalf.


How do I request an account migration?

The owner of the original merchant will need to complete and sign a Business Account Migration Request Form, which NoFrixion will provide upon request. The form captures the account name, IBAN, the originating merchant, the receiving merchant, and the reason for the migration.


Note, the form also requires a signature from the owner of the receiving merchant involved.


Once the completed form is returned to NoFrixion, we'll action the migration and confirm when it's done.


Will there be any disruption to my payments?

No. The migration is carried out at our end and does not affect the account's IBAN, payment requests, or transaction history. Everything moves across as-is.


Please be aware that the account information and transaction history will no longer be available on the original merchant though.


How long does it take?

Once we receive the completed signed form, migrations are typically completed within 1-2 business days.
