Where is my merchant ID?

To find your merchant ID:


  1. Log into the portal.

  1. In the top right corner, select the arrow icon. Then select System administration.


Under the General tab, you'll be able to review the details about your merchant. Here you'll see:

  • Your logo
  • Any notes about the merchant
  • When the merchant account was created
  • Merchant ID and associated name(s)
  • Supported payment methods available on your account for Accounts Receivable
  • Your payment account limit.
