How to Archive a Failed Payout
Archiving removes a payout from your active payout list while keeping it available for reference.
Steps:
- Navigate to your Payouts list and locate the failed payout you want to archive.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right-hand side of the payout row.
- Select Archive from the dropdown.
- A confirmation dialog will appear with the message: "Archived payouts are hidden from active payout lists but remain available for reference and can be restored later." Click Archive to confirm.
- A green confirmation banner - "Payout successfully archived" - will appear at the top of the screen.
How to view archived payouts
Check the Show archived toggle at the top of the Payouts list. Archived payouts will then appear alongside your active ones.
