Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication

You should be prompted to set up MFA when you first log in (see screenshot below):

Click Set up now and you will be brought to the Security Settings page where you can add a passkey or set up a one time password:

Passkeys

Passkeys are a more secure alternative to traditional passwords. They use public-key cryptography to provide strong protection against phishing attacks. Examples of passkeys include: YubiKey, face ID, fingerprint, pin etc.

One-Time Passwords (OTPs)

OTPs provide an extra layer of security by requiring a single-use code in addition to your password. This code is typically sent to your mobile device or generated by an authentication app, enhancing your account's security against unauthorised access.

We recommend setting up multiple authentication methods, so you’ll always have an alternative way to access the platform if your primary method isn’t available. For example, if you only have the authenticator app set up on your mobile phone and your phone is lost, you will need to reach out to NoFrixion to have this reset.

Please Note: You will not be able to move funds out of the account until multi-factor authentication (MFA) is set up.
