Transaction Report: How to Export (CSV)

You can export a CSV file of all transactions in one payment account by following these steps:


  1. Apply your desired filters to the transactions table, for example, by date or amount: 


  1. Once filtered, click the Export button located in the top right corner of the transactions table:


The generated CSV will include all relevant details associated with the displayed transactions.


What the CSV contains

Information included in the CSV file include:

  1. ID - Unique ID for the transaction.
  2. Account ID - ID of the NoFrixion account the transaction belongs to.
  3. Account Name - Name of the payment account (e.g., “Main EUR Account”).
  4. Merchant ID - ID of the merchant account.
  5. Type - Transaction type (e.g., SEPA CT, SEPA Instant, Internal transfer etc.).
  6. Amount - Value of the transaction.
  7. Currency - Currency used (e.g., EUR, GBP, USD).
  8. Description - Description inputted on payment request.
  9. Transaction Date - Date the transaction occurred.
  10. Inserted - Date/time the transaction was recorded in the system.
  11. Your Reference - Reference entered by you for internal purposes (if applicable).
  12. Their Reference - Reference entered by you for external purposes (if applicable).
  13. Counterparty - Name of the sender or recipient.
  14. Balance - Account balance after the transaction.
  15. Rule ID - ID of any rule that automatically processed the transaction (if applicable).
  16. Payout ID - ID linking the transaction to an outgoing payout.
  17. Virtual IBAN - The Virtual IBAN used for this transaction (if applicable).
  18. Tags - Any tags applied.
  19. Account Sequence Number - Order number of the transaction in the account history.
  20. Payment Request ID - ID linking to the related payment request (if applicable).
  21. Payment Request Custom Fields - Any extra information from custom fields added to the payment request.
