Balance Report: How to Export (CSV)

You can export all high level information about all of your payment accounts by following these steps:


  1. Log in to the platform

  1. Go to the Current Accounts module.

  1. In the top-right of the accounts table, click the Export button.

  1. The report will download as a CSV.

What the report contains

You’ll see one row per payment account, with columns such as:

  • ID - the system reference for the account
  • Account Name - the name of the account that you see in the portal
  • Is Connected Account - shows if this is a connected (external) account or not (true = yes)
  • Balance - current balance
  • Submitted Payouts Balance - funds reserved for payouts you’ve submitted
  • Available Balance - funds you can spend now (Balance minus any holds)
  • Currency - e.g., EUR, GBP, USD
  • IBAN / Sort Code / Account Number / BIC - the account details you share for payments
  • Inserted - when the account was created
  • Bank Name - if the account is a connected account, the bank will be listed here
  • Expiry Date - if the account is a connected account, this shows the expiry date of the connection

You may also see some Xero-related status columns (used only if you have Xero bank feeds connected).
