How to Customise your Payment Account Table

You can customise what information you want to see for transactions for each payment account.


How to Customise the Table

  1. Go to the Current Accounts module.

  1. Select your payment account.

  1. At the bottom-left corner of the table, click the column settings icon (next to the “rows per page” selector).


  1. A menu will appear showing all available columns.

  1. Use the checkboxes to select or deselect the columns you want to display.

Available Columns

You can enable or disable columns at any time, making it easier to focus on the data that matters most to you.

  • Date → The date the payment was sent / received.
  • To / From → The destination or source account (account name and identifier).
  • Amount → The amount that was sent or received.
  • FX Rate → The FX rate applied to the payment (if applicable).
  • Reference → The reference included with the payment.
  • Virtual IBAN → If a virtual IBAN was used, it will display the IBAN entered.
  • Transaction ID → A unique ID to identify the transaction.
  • Description → The description entered on a payment request.
  • Type → Defines which payment rail was used, e.g., SEPA Instant, SEPA CT, Internal transfer etc.
