Inviting a User to a Parent Merchant

To invite a new user to a parent merchant:

  1. Make sure that you are in the parent merchant. This is essential so that the user is automatically assigned across the child merchants associated with the parent merchant.

  1. Click on the arrows in the top right corner of the portal, beside your username, and select System administration from the dropdown menu. 


  1. Click on the User management tab:


  1. Click on the Invite user button:


  1. Enter the new user's email address and click the Send invitation button. They will receive an email notification from support@nofrixion.com, with instructions to log in and create their account.


Once their account is created, you will be notified via email so that you can assign their role. You can also assign their role directly on the platform; the user's status will appear as 'role pending':


Note, once assigned on the parent merchant, the user will be automatically assigned with the same role across all the child merchants. Any new child merchants created, will also have the same users and roles.
