Inviting a User to a Parent Merchant

1. User invitation

• When a user is invited to a merchant, they will receive an email invitation link.

• The email subject line will include:

• The name of the user who sent the invitation
• The merchant name

2. Accepting the invitation

• The invited user clicks the link and is prompted to sign in to join the merchant.

3. Role assignment

• After the invitation is accepted, the original user who sent the invite must assign a role to the new user, i.e.,

4. Access to child merchants

• Once a role is assigned on the parent merchant, the user will automatically gain access to all associated child merchants with the same role.

Important:

• Role changes can only be made at the parent merchant level.
