How to Connect NoFrixion to Xero
You can connect your NoFrixion account to Xero in several ways, depending on where you are in the platform. Below are the three supported connection methods:
Option 1: Connecting via the Integrations Section
- Log in to your NoFrixion account.
- Click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner and select Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, click Connect to Xero.
- Select your preferred Xero organisation from the dropdown menu.
- Click Allow Access to complete the connection.
You will now see that Xero is connected on the NoFrixion portal. You can disconnect any time.
Option 2: Connecting via the Pay Runs Section
- Go to the Accounts Payable module and click on the Pay Runs tab.
- Select Create pay run and click Import from Xero.
- If not already connected, you’ll be prompted to initiate the connection process.
- Follow the prompts to allow access to your preferred Xero account, agreeing to the data transfer as described previously. Click Allow Access, and you will be connected.
Option 3: Connecting via the Current Accounts Module
- Navigate to the Current Accounts module.
- Click the three-dots icon beside the "New Account" button.
- Select the option to connect to Xero.
- If you are not connected, an option to connect will appear.

- Follow the prompts to select your preferred Xero account. Click Allow Access, and your accounts will now be connected.
