Xero Integration Overview

The NoFrixion integration with Xero enables a direct connection between your NoFrixion and Xero accounts.

Key Features of the Integration

1. Synchronisation

You can connect your NoFrixion account to Xero from the NoFrixion platform. Once connected:

• Your NoFrixion account appears as a bank feed in Xero.
• Transactions are synchronised automatically twice daily.
• You can also manually resync the connection if you need up-to-date data before reconciliation.

2. Accounts Payable Support

You can manage Xero bills directly from NoFrixion:

• Import ‘awaiting payment’ bills from Xero with one click through our Pay Runs feature.
• Select which bills to pay.
• After payment, NoFrixion updates the bill status in Xero to ‘Paid' automatically.

3. Payment Consolidation

When paying multiple bills to the same IBAN, NoFrixion groups them into a single outgoing payment and sends this information to Xero.

• This results in a single line item in Xero, which helps simplify reconciliation.

4. Remittance Emails

If email addresses are stored in Xero for your suppliers, NoFrixion can send remittance emails after payment is made.

• Emails include invoice references and payment amounts.
• If you’ve uploaded a company logo, it will appear on the email.
