Pay by Bank Experience for the Customer (screenshots)
Below are screenshots showing what your customer sees when they click the Bank of Ireland icon to complete a Pay by Bank (account-to-account) transfer on a NoFrixion payment page.
You can also watch the video tutorial to see the customer experience in action.
Pay by Bank via Mobile Phone
As shown below, when a customer selects Pay with your bank on the payment page using their mobile device, they are automatically redirected to their bank’s app or online portal. From there, they can securely initiate the transfer of funds from their bank account to the NoFrixion account.
Remember: You can choose which payment methods appear to customers on the payment page.

Pay by Bank via Web Browser
When a customer accesses the payment page via a web browser and selects Pay with your bank, they are redirected to their bank’s online portal. From there, they initiate the transfer of funds from their bank account to your NoFrixion account.
It’s important to note that the web experience involves more steps compared to mobile, as the information isn’t pre-populated in the same way.
For example, with Bank of Ireland:
- The customer must enter their User ID and date of birth.
- They must then confirm the payment using their mobile banking app as part of two-factor authentication.
By comparison, the mobile experience is faster, typically requiring only the entry of specific digits to confirm payment.
