How to Download a Receipt
Once a payment request has been paid in full, you can download a receipt directly from the Accounts Receivable page to share with your customer.
How to Download a Receipt
- Go to the Accounts Receivable module.
- Click on the relevant fully paid payment request. A sidebar should appear.
- Click on the Download Receipt button to generate a copy.

The details shown on the receipt will depend on your Payment Request Settings and can be customised to include the fields you’ve enabled.

Emailing the Receipt Automatically
If the email receipt option was enabled when creating the payment request, the customer will automatically receive a receipt by email once the full payment has been successfully completed.
