System Administration Overview
The System administration page gives you access to key areas you can control; think of it as your “control centre”. Here you can review your merchant details, authorisation settings, and invite and edit users. You can access it by clicking on the arrows icon beside the merchant name and your username:

Merchant Settings
- General: review your business logo, business details, trading/short names, supported payment methods, and account limits.
- Authorisations: review the authorisation settings that have been applied to your merchant, e.g., the required number of users for authorising outgoing payments.
- Emergency Actions: suspend a merchant in case of suspicious activity.
Users, Roles & Permissions
- User Management: invite and view all users, assign roles, and account access scope.
- Roles & Permissions: where you can create, edit and delete roles.
