How to Invite a User to Your Merchant

To invite a new user to the merchant:

1. Click on the arrows in the top right corner of the portal, beside your username, and select System administration from the dropdown menu. 

2. Click on the User management tab:

3. Click on the Invite user button:

3. Enter the new user's email address and click the Send invitation button. They will receive an email notification from support@nofrixion.com, with instructions to log in and create their account.

Once their account is created, you will be notified via email so that you can assign their role. You can also assign their role directly on the platform; the user's status will appear as 'role pending':

Note, you can invite new users to your merchant account if you have the View user list permission enabled for your role.
