Remittance Emails in Pay Runs
You can include an email address in your pay run CSV file to ensure that recipients automatically receive a remittance notification once payments are processed.
How It Works
- When a pay run is authorised and processed, an email will be sent from support@nofrixion.com to the recipient. The email includes:
- A summary of the payment(s) made
- Invoice details for each payment (if multiple invoices were included)
- Your company logo (if provided)
Adding Your Company Logo
If you would like your company logo to appear in remittance emails:
- Contact support@nofrixion.com.
- Attach your preferred logo file.
- Our team will configure it so your logo is automatically included in all outgoing remittance communications.
