Setting Up a Contact in Xero for NoFrixion
Please ensure all fields below are completed accurately.
Our system uses the ContactID to pull contact data into NoFrixion, so this must be entered correctly for the integration to work properly.
Step 1: Navigate to Contacts
- Go to Contacts in the main menu.
- Select All Contacts.

- Click New Contact or search for a contact that has already been created in your Xero organisation.
Step 2: Ensure Contact Details Are Entered Correctly
Please ensure the below required fields have been filled in.
Contact Details
- Enter a contact name
- Enter an account number, i.e., the bank account information:
- EUR: Enter the IBAN
- GBP: Enter the Sort Code and Account Number
- Format: Include dashes in the sort code and a space before the account number
- Example:
60-83-82 55975950

- Enter a first name and a last name on the contact
- Enter an email address for a remittance email to be sent automatically upon completion of a pay run.

Financial Details
- Enter a bank account name, i.e., the name of the account that you are sending funds to.
- Enter a bank account number:
- EUR: Enter the IBAN
- GBP: Enter the Sort Code and Account Number
- Format: Include dashes in the sort code and a space before the account number
- Example:
60-83-82 55975950

- Ensure the correct currency is selected that matches the bank account information:
- EUR
- GBO
- USD

Step 3: Save
Once all details have been entered and verified:
- Click Save & Close to complete the setup.
